The Power of YOUth

Come join us at the Seattle Indian Health Board International District Clinic for "The Power of YOUth," an hour mindfulness session that brings Native youth from across the State of Washington to a centralized location to indulge in the power of healthy activities through yoga and a guided 30 minute mindfulness activity!

Agenda (subject to change):

10-11:30am: Yoga, mindfulness activity, gratitude journal, swag bags and light snacks!

Space is limited to 12 Native youth, this is an intimate opportunity to connect with others and yourself within!
